DISCUSSION OF ATV/UTV ROUTES: MONDAY, AUGUST 8, 2022 at 7PM
The following roads will be considered for addition to the ATV/UTV routes: Birnam Woods Rd, Crawford Rd, Gall Rd, Kessler Rd, Old Lake Rd, and Steinke Rd. The following roads will be considered to be added as restricted ATV/UTV routes (meaning that only residents who live on these streets would be allowed to use the roads for ATVs): City View Rd, Glacier Dr, Granite Ln, Mammoth Trl, Pine Acres Dr, Whispering Pines Dr, and Wynsong Dr.
Resident input at the August 8th meeting is strongly encouraged.
REFERENDUM TO MOVE CLERK & TREASURER
FROM ELECTED TO APPOINTED
The Town Board adopted Ordinance 2022-1 which will give the board authority to appoint the Clerk and Treasurer positions rather than electing citizens to said positions as is the current practice. Ordinance 2022-1 is subject to electors’ approval via referendum on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
